@DFossas has spent his career at the intersection of media, technology and creative businesses, engaging a variety of audiences from consumers to professionals to patients. He was early in the entertainment business to explore transmedia story-telling and has obsessed over audiences’ online behavior and content consumption across channels ever since.
Today, David leads Strategy & Planning at W2O Group – a multi-disciplinary team of brand strategists/account planners and social/digital strategists. David joined W2O Group in 2011. As a client partner, he focused on driving social business strategy and transformation across business functions such as marketing, public relations, customer service and operations to improve clients’ operational excellence and innovate communications practices. He played a critical role in delivering “right-time” data analytics to business leaders to enable insight-driven decisions with meaningful business outcomes.
David has deep experience leading cross-functional teams. His clients have spanned consumer, technology and healthcare organizations, including General Motors, Verizon, Hewlett-Packard, Visa, Proctor & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, Apollo Endosurgery and Galderma. @DeirdreWalsh is an award-winning marketer with 14+ years experience in leadership roles at technology companies. Currently, she is the director of corporate marketing at Silicon Labs, which provides energy-friendly silicon for a smarter, more connected world. Deirdre is obsessed with creating innovative campaigns that measurably impact the 4Rs: reputation, reach, relationships, and revenue. She has worked with amazing organizations including Jive Software, National Instruments, Hill & Knowlton, and the Texas Senate.
Deirdre has been published in several outlets, including the Harvard Business Review and Wall Street Journal, and has been a featured speaker at events like SXSW. Deirdre graduated with a bachelor of science in public relations and minors in business and English from The University of Texas.
